The Peewee Titans capped of an undefeated week-end with a 2-1 OT win over the Peterborough Petes to win the Wally Beavis Tournament in Peterborough, ON.

3rd Tournament Win for Titans Organization this Season!
The Titans entered the Big Nickel riding a 5 game win streak and were faced with a difficult schedule. The Titans defeated Ajax-Pickering Raiders, CIH Academy, Clarington Toros and home town Sudbury Wolves during round robin play to advance to playoff round with a perfect 4-0 record and outscoring their opponents 10 goals to 3. The Titans then faced Ajax-Pickering Raiders in the Quarter Finals winning 4-1 and moved on to the Semi Finals to face GTHL rival North York Rangers. This was a hard fought game and both teams battled but the team pulled out a 3-1 victory setting the stage for the Finals vs London Knights. The team came out hard and controlled the play right from the first faceoff and when the final buzzer sounded it was VICTORY. The Titans defeated the London Knights 4-0 in Final to claim the tournament championship. The team finished the tournament going undefeated and winning 7 games while outscoring their opponents 21 to 5.
